In All these years and days in my knowledge i had was I A S  Officers are well Educated samaritans and Knowledge in Admin and well Trained by U.P.S.C./ union Government. so That They were reaching up to a designation of Cabinet Secretary Rank. But Today with the message conveyed by a senior I A S Officer in Home secretary Rank from tamil Nadu is shocking and surprising to all. In Fact I feel it is a shameful comment.  a person with 8th std schooling and private education to write,speak,read English and training in Politics by great leaders shall not be in a position to train a I A S Officer is my humble view.  

why because Politician's are people leader and I A S ,I P S ,I F S are all Governing Leaders from or by Union Government of India.  sanctity and Great Values of I A S Gone/reduced today.

People in India from scholars to illiterates, Richest to Poor were accepted this action of Prime Minister walked all the way in the last 50 days along with B J P Government!!!.

Across India Their is no Unrest or untoward incidents from 8th November 2016 to till date is the truth in vicinity to Rulers and people on Earth.

Funding to Terrorists or actions for terrorism reached Zero Level in India!.

Price of Vegetables were very very Cheap and well used by People in India. Due to cheap price on Vegetables We poor people could able to consume good quantity of vegetables from 8th November 2016 to till Date in December 2016. Ex Finance Minister says that he do not have knowledge in Finance, what a shocking news!!?.

This action could not allowed Politician's ,Rich,Dada's, could not entertain their Black Money as it was found that their was a tout or illegal Money transactions by People ,Broker's who were the main cause of high price on Vegetables. Middle man who swindled Huge Money and kept their Top-up Black Money process in high rate!!!! was now stopped /banned. Please bear in mind not restricted. why because after 1st January also Middle man or politicians directly or on binami can not work as middle man ,why because every transactions will be monitored electronically by Finance Ministry.

Now their is a bright Possibility of Real time profit earning chance Direct to Farmer's and Consumers.

Information in Press and Media says that at Pune/Mumbai and Kolkatta Payments made electronically Even for Prostitution. 

Here a word from me. This is painful even after 70 Years of Independence in India Our Political Parties operated Governments had not shown any interest to pay care on this woman segment and did not attempted to bring them out from that painful/shameful work. Unfortunately This is a Shameful act of Earlier Government's which could not brought fortune to these woman segment is seriously a Shame to all Indians in the world. 

Now, I believe that Mr.Modi and his Team of M.P.'s as B J P Government will try to obtain the data /that is total Number of woman engaging in prostitution for survival will come exactly to knowledge. with the given knowledge B J P Government by Mr.Modi will seriously look in to this and arrange to bring announcements of Schemes for the socio economic development of these woman segment is my strong Recommendation.

electronic payments to Cigarettes/Tobacco Products and Alcohol Products will also reveal the exact value of Sales Tax or transaction Tax to Government as receivable.  from this How far schemes can be brought in to upgrade the socio economic status of families from which these buyers as consumers exists is to be worked out. why because tracking these records family members of their families can be identified and Government may reach common minimum program's ,instead of trying to Ban this practice from this addicts. 

Gradually Government may announce few small amount as prize for reducing the above said matters that matters their Health. 

this is my recommendation to Mr.Modi Government by B J P.

Yesterday in a question Hour Interview ,answers by Mr.P.Chidambaram painfully informing /saying that No Pickpockets in India why because Money demonetized and due to that their is no Money available in the packets of people to Pickpocket. This is a wrong Notes from senior Politician and economist is my belief.

Gold and Jewels sales drop was found in the last 50 days. this is a loss to Business people or traders and not to the Government in full ,why because These business people Gold Traders were paying only a part of Trade done /sales tax for a wrong accounts ,so Loss to Government is Partial/Less is my view.

Bank's and Financial Institutions will find a smooth operations in a short future. and their could be no chance to operating fraudulent chit and finance Companies in India ,so cheating and exploitations to people by Finance companies could be very less or Zero level.

11.

The present exercise is not Cashless transaction but it is Paper currency less Transactions or electronic method of transactions as a best alternate to People. why it transactions are not cashless transactions? Nothing is offered at Free of cost to people to live is knowledge. so Currency less transactions.

In Ultimate Possibility of Black Money in future has come to ZERO level is the ultimate expectation in people and in Mr.Modi.

But in my view this Electronic method of transactions our government's need to work over 3 to 4 Years. Than after this said 4 years India could be a Digital India.
