Supreme court of India to release a Government Order saying/requesting/commanding/ Bull Owners to take Insurance Policy to Save Third Party Similar to Third Party Insurance for Automobiles

On Jallikattu, PM Narendra Modi Tells Tamil Nadu, 'It's In Court, We Support You' - 

My Humble Views and Solution may be agreed and accepted by mygov.in by Mr.Modi and Tamil Nadu Government!.

This is  Game normally played by People in Tamil Nadu in Few Places as a Tradition and a part of culture. 

This Jallikattu Normally  will not affect any one or the Bull which participates in that Game.

Supreme court of India may please arrange to release an Order By parliament as a Bye Law to permit  This Game at Tamil Nadu and in India.

My Solutions:-

Government of India may be directed by Supreme court of India  to release a Government Order saying/requesting/commanding/ Bull Owners to take  Insurance Policy to Save Third Party Similar to Third Party Insurance for Automobiles in India. This Insurance Policy will cover the safety of Bulls/or treatment against any injury to Bulls and or any untoward incident or accident to People participating as well as witnessing .

Government of India may be asked by Supreme court to command the Jallikattu contest Operators saying that is is a must to keep a Banner showing the words that Government is not responsible either directly or indirectly for any untoward incidents if happens/takes place incidentally on contests. This is like   smoking is injurious to Health with cigerate packets sale and or Liquor/alcohol  drinking is injurious to health!!!.

This is a Game normally happens for few hours in a day in a year. Contest arranging areas and people /forum has to announce that day 30 days in advance to Government may be a clause.

only in its own way after many years with the changes changing  people it may come to a stop.

Prime Minister may please talk to people of Tamil Nadu through Television  telling that Government will seriously look in to al possibilities to bring back the game/contest as early as possible by convincing the Supreme Court of India, And Now Pupil and People and Press and Media and Political parties to make all immediate arrangement's to maintain peace and safety to living at Tamil Nadu  !!.

The above are all, Please, to be considered by Supreme Court accordingly .

My conclusion:- Transports like Air,Automobiles ,Ships, etc mode of transports provides Huge Number of accidents on every dawn, and it does not mean People Need to avoid all mode of Transports in India to avoid death. I Hope All educated will agree on this. similarly this Bull contest jallikattu may be permitted with the grace of Supreme court of India by Mr.Modi Government.
