My dear prime Minister Mr.Modi,Here is my view,  that is Pondicherry,,Goa, West  Bengal ,kerala  have Indian people with other countries like France.Dutch,,Greek,  and British ,Gulf countries and United  states. these double citizenship owner may misuse the chance old currencies Rs 500,1000/- to exchange Rs5000/- Daily up to  15th December 2016 is a possibility.Banks may be advised  suitably to track  this transactions, please. j.k.sundararajan.
